I will arrive on the scheduled date to begin the work. Upon successful completion of your project, I will send a final invoice for the remaining balance.

I stand behind the quality of my work. My craftsmanship warranty covers the labor for any work I perform for a full 365 days from the date of completion.
If a problem arises directly from my workmanship within that year, I will come back and fix it at no cost to you.
What is covered: This warranty is specifically for my labor and craftsmanship. For example, if I install a new ceiling fan and it begins to wobble or fall because of an issue with the mounting I performed, I will return to secure it properly.
What is NOT covered:

Parts and Materials: This warranty does not cover the parts or materials used in the job. These are typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For instance, if the motor in the new ceiling fan fails due to a defect, the manufacturer would be responsible, not me.
